TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE

 

So what is Thai Yoga Massage?! This is an all encompassing treatment benefitting both mind and body in dramatic and profound ways. The treatment is performed on a futon on the floor and the client wears comfy clothes. The therapist then uses a combination of techniques most effective for a full body treatment: Compressions, acupressure, joint mobilising then stretches to create a thorough and transformative massage. The deep sense of rhythm and being allowed to fully let go induces a profound & hypnotic sense of relaxation. Over time, like exercise this will improve flexibility and muscle health. I can also ADD on a 15-20 minute oil massage to back neck and shoulders if you just love those oils!
